The quarter turn staircase is simple and minimalistic just 2 winder treads at the bottom of the staircase so you can maximise the room space. You can choose to install the stair with a lower rise height making the staircase more comfortable. It is important if you are looking to maximise your space the steeper the rise the less space your staircase will take up in the room. The SYDNEY has a unique design that combines high quality and great functionality offering a modern twist to traditional staircase available in the UK.
The DOLLE SYDNEY impresses more when you choose to add the integrated LED lighting to your design. The staircase combines style and adding an additional source of lighting at the same time and comes complete with wireless remote control. The dimmable LED light produces a pleasant, warm, and indirect light in the room which you can adjust to the mood of the room. Complete, the staircase includes two covers for the middle centre of the stair construction. One cover is mat transparent for the LED light. If you choose not to add this function, we include an aluminium cover to perfectly match the colour of the staircase to ensure a great finish.
The SYDNEY staircase treads are available in 75 cm or 85 cm widths and are treated with oil. The oil is absorbed into the wood, and it creates a smooth and almost silky surface where you can both see and feel the structure of the wood. At the same time, the oil offers added protection for the wood against water and stains. Some even say that oiled treads are non-slip compared to surfaces such as varnished treads. All wood used for our treads and handrail are made from top-quality European wood from FSC® certified forestry. The oiled treads made of solid wood in combination with the anthracite, black or white centre structure make the SYDNEY staircase a modern feature for your home.
What about our DESIGN banister? a railing with open clamping posts and running stainless steel tubes complete with end caps made from high quality stainless steel. You can also finish the project by protecting the exposed landing space with our matching Landing banister DESIGN.
The SYDNEY Staircase is also available with our PURE banister. Complete with elegant drop shaped design to match the centre construction. It perfectly matches the staircase for a unique modern finish for your home. It is available in two colours white and black and you can also add a matching landing banister PURE white and banister PURE black to finish off the landing area.
We have two vertical banister options with our CLASSIC II and CLASSIC III have round balusters. Classic and clean banister for your stair just choose how many banisters suits your design. Quite simply the CLASSIC III has got 3 vertical balusters per tread and CLASSIC II has got 2 vertical balusters per tread. The handrail can be matched to the wood finish of the treads, seamless in its design. As with all our staircases we offer matching Landing banister CLASSIC to complete the project.
Finally, you could consider our STYLE 6 banister that comes complete with round posts and 5 stainless steel fillings and finally finish with matching Landing banister STYLE 6.

- Intend to install your staircase centrally? You can add an additional Extra stair banister to protect both sides of the staircase.
- All handrails are supplied in lengths of 150 cm.
