The DOLLE KRONOS is suitable for floor-to-floor heights of up to 299cm but can be adjusted to suit lower heights by adjusting the tread spacing or removing a tread to suit your actual height. The treads can be adjusted in rise from 18.5cm to 23 cm. We always recommend you have the smallest gap possible as this makes the stair safer and easier to climb.
Working with a very tight space but need access? the KRONOS could be the solution? the only 180-degree spiral staircase we supply that requires only 120 cm x 60cm in the room space. For the staircase to fit comfortably the hatch size need to 125cm x 65cm leaving space for the handrail to pass through the hatch. The KRONOS has a high-quality finish, the treads are beech varnished multiplex, the centre construction is grey with a matching banister and spacers. The staircase centre and treads are scratch resistant and is easy to maintain.
