Our DOLLE external handrail banister DESIGN can be used as a supplementary banister for quarter turn and half turn on your staircase. It’s ideal to protect the open side of your stair and will maximise both safety and comfort.
All our modular staircases come complete with handrail banister on one side of the stair, this is ideal if you are mounting your staircase next to wall as this will offer protection to the open side of the staircase. If you are looking to install your staircase free standing, we offer the option of an additional handrail banister. The external banister is designed for installation when you need to quarter turn or half turn on your staircase, this will add safety. You can also connect the external handrail banister with our additional handrail banister for the straight flight section to continue the handrail to the top of the staircase.
You can select the colour, handrail material and number of straight treads installed below the quarter turn. The DESIGN external handrail banister matches the handrail banister we offer with our FRANKFURT, HAMBURG and DUBAI quarter turn and half turn staircases.
